We used the Fawcett Group for our recent bathroom and ensuite renovation. Elliot did an amazing job of installing our free standing bath as well as plumbing the vanity, concealed toilet cistern and all of the accessories. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and we had complete confidence in his skills as a highly experienced plumber. Rang and spoke to Mark about our sewer drains backing up. Gave us some great advice and service on what steps to take first to recognise the likely problem as a street blockage which would save us time and money in getting the correct service agents on site to rectify the issue.

Five Star treatment, from the moment we rang the Fawcett Group and spoke to Nick who organised, Troy, an experienced plumber, was here ASAP and explained the best option for our hot water system in honest and simple terms and listening all the time for what our needs and requirements were. We had the unit installed early the next morning, we couldn't be happier with their price and service . Wow it's lovely to have a hot shower!

I had a water pump issue and I checked online plumbers and plumbing company. I picked Fawcett Group randomly (glad I did). Turns out not the cheapest but fair in price and for sure the best in what they do. Fixed my pump while other quote received to replace! But Courtney from Fawcett Group stepped out of the box and used some of his skills to fix the pump and connected back to my water tank.

I have used The Fawcett Group for my investment properties and home for over 20 years, as first call for any emergencies. They attend and repair immediately if it's urgent. If not urgent, I receive an assessment and a quote as soon as possible. Only fully qualified tradesmen are employed and a consistently high standard is expected from them. All work is gauranteed and admin know all the tricks insurance companies try to pull. Saved me heaps of time and money using one company for anything from a dripping tap to a ceiling fan. 24/7. Highly recommended.

Old Hot water system sprung a leak on weekend. Fawcett plumber came around within hours, installed new unit. Also required some electrical updating of power board. Plumber and electrician did excellent work. The tradies were courteous, friendly and answered all questions relating to the work provided.

I discovered a water leak along the back wall of my house.I rang Fawcett Plumbing who were very helpful and courteous on the phone. I received a phone call from the plumber (Courtney Fawcett) and he attended a short time after.
