Gas company replaced the gas meter and found that we had a gas leak; called Fawcett late on Thursday and Conrad came out on the Friday and gave us a quote. He was back here on Monday morning on time and spent the whole day replacing the gas pipes... a massive job for a house that's 60 years old... he did a fantastic job and a terrific job tidying up after himself! This company is reliable and charges are reasonable - would definitely recommend them !!!

Repair and replace Garden Tap and copper pipe , they were on time, assed the job quickly and then got on with it, even cleaned up

I called Fawcett Plumbing last week about some leaking pipes I had in my bathroom. They were friendly and were able to come out the same day. Upon arrival Abdul was professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Fawcett Plumbing.

Abdul from Fawcett Plumbing was able to locate our cracked pipe which another company could not. He fixed the problem same day, then organised new bricks and an excellent bricklayer to finish off the job. He was very polite and efficient, and would call Fawcett again if needed.

I called Fawcett Plumbing at 4:45 pm on Thursday, 25th September as my Mum and Dad had no hot water. Gordon arrived Friday, 26th September at 8:00 am on the dot. I could not believe the promptness, the professionalism and a very reasonable price as an added bonus. Gordon was lovely and very kind to my elderly parents. Had a burst pipe and Fawcett Plumbing arrived pretty quickly. I was very surprised at the short time it took to replace broken parts of the pipe and all fixed at a very reasonable charge. Fawcett Plumbing did not waste any time getting the work done promptly. We were pretty delighted as we expected to pay much more. I would ring Fawcett Plumbing every time and highly recommend them.

Returned from holiday to find we had very low water pressure due to an issue with the mains. Ten minutes after I rang, Abdul was at my front door! He'd been in the area and came straight away. Friendly, professional and knowledgable he had the problem sorted out efficiently and to a high standard at a very reasonable price. He also pointed a leak from the recycled water meter which SA Water took over a week (and two phone calls) to fix. They could learn something about customer service from Abdul! Highly recommended.

Service was great my husband called this morning and they were here within an hour. Problem solved septic working again! Abdul was very professional he even put the lock back on the side gate before he left. Would recommend these guys to anyone and will be calling them again next time we need a plumber.

Fawcett provided a fantastic team who delivered high quality service every step of the way Communication with the office was prompt, polite and professional when they responded to a request for an emergency call out to assess an issue with the hot water service at our rental property late on a Thursday afternoon. The plumber/gas fitter (Gordon) provided a thorough and professional assessment, made the necessary calls and promptly started the ball rolling to fix the problem - even though it was now early evening it was not too much trouble (which was to replace the whole unit as the ol system decided after 18 years it had had enough!). We are very grateful for the professional, friendly and thorough service that was provided the next day by Gordon (plumber/gas fitter) and Dave (Electrician) to ensure we had hot water up and running as soon as possible, and working without complaint into the early hours of the evening. Well done Mark for building a team of professional staff who know their stuff and deliver service with pride more than happy to recommend Fawcett Plumbing to friends, family and work colleagues!

Hi there, Continue to be impressed by Fawcett Plumbing. This is the 3rd time we have used them and excellent as always. Got home to cold water, rang Fawcett and they had a plumber out to house at 9.00 the next morning. By 12.00 new hot water system installed and my sanity was returned. Craig from Fawcett Plumbing sorted our blocked drain out. He did a fabulous, prompt job and was great to deal with. This is the second time we have used Fawcett Pumping and on both occasions they have been prompt and sorted it issue quickly. They our preferred plumbers.

Very impressed with the recent service on a nasty clogged drain in Davoren Park, giving me a lot of grief. Abdul was right on time and very professional; even removing his boots indoors. Simon did an amazing job; last week another company quoted me $1990 to unblock my toilet, which i was advised could only be done via jack hammering concrete to access the pipe. Simon found another way of dealing with the issue without doing this, the final bill was $385, and this was on a Saturday. All I can say is if you want honest, friendly service at a decent price, Fawcett Plumbing is awesome. I spoke to Luke to book the job and he gave me excellent advice and was happy to chat and answer all of my questions....a horrible job for anyone to have to do, but Simon did it with humour and I felt very comfortable having him work in my home.

I would like to thank Abdul for his expertise with the hydrojet. Managed to remove many roots which were causing blockage in our stormwater. Highly recommend Fawcett plumbing to anybody needing to unblock drains or stormwater systems.

A massive thank you to Luke for his humour and fixing the blocked kitchen drain. We can bake again :-) Had another plumber out yesterday to look at the same problem which cost us $300 for their call out and for them to do something that we didn't ask for. Was then quoted $1,990 YES $1,990 to unblock the drain. Kindly declined their offer and rang Fawcett after reading their reviews. Luke was able to do what was required in an hour for under $200. Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

A big Thank You to Craig, Josh, Luke and all the office staff for a job well done!! I am completely happy with every aspect of the job completed by Fawcett Plumbing today. They were professional and courteous while replacing about 10 metres of damaged, root infested sewer pipes at my home (a job that other plumbers wouldn't touch)!! It was a very big job that required deep excavation and Craig and Josh even had to dig a tunnel about 1.5 metres deep to access a damaged pipe under a 10,000 litre rainwater tank. The guys went above and beyond what was required to complete the job in a quicker time than was expected and at a price that was lower than the original quote. Craig and Josh worked well into the night to make sure we had a fully operational sewer line with limited downtime and Craig returned today to finish off. The guys were very friendly and explained everything they were doing along the way and the office staff helped complete the payment side of the job quickly and easily. Craig even helped remove the tree that was causing the root damage!!! We will happily recommend Fawcett Plumbing to everyone we know and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
